(1)生命早期邻苯二甲酸酯暴露的母婴健康效应系列研究
邻苯二甲酸酯(phthalates,PAEs)是普遍暴露的典型环境内分泌干扰物之一,为环境健康领域优先课题。基于上述背景,团队依托MABC建立国内首批同时测人血液和尿液中多种PAEs代谢物的高效液相色谱串联质谱实验方法;利用多次测量的孕妇尿PAEs浓度,是国内首次且国际优先评估孕妇整个孕期PAEs暴露模式和累积暴露风险的最大样本量的前瞻性队列研究;阐明孕期PAEs暴露与多种母婴不良健康结局的关联,同时,首次发现孕期PAEs暴露与孕妇肝内胆汁淤积症以及血红蛋白浓度和贫血风险、胎盘形态学改变、胎盘炎症mRNA表达及其在PAEs与儿童哮喘关联中的中介效应、与胎龄非线性的关联等;明确胎盘甲状腺激素受体信号异常和NF-κB信号诱导海马小胶质细胞活化分别在孕期PAEs干扰胎儿生长和神经发育的新机制。

(2)孕期及围生期暴露组与儿童早期神经精神发育的性别特异性效应研究
生命前1000天脑快速发育引起了社会各界对长期暴露效应的关注。团队基于MABC,系统阐明妊娠期暴露对母婴健康、尤其是儿童神经精神发育的作用效应,发现孕期重金属和类金属暴露、妊娠期甲状腺功能异常、分娩方式与儿童神经精神发育异常发生风险密切相关;胎盘炎症以性别特异性的方式影响学龄前儿童行为发育;孕妇补充维生素D可促进婴儿沟通、精细运动和粗大运动发育,在儿童神经精神正常发育中扮演重要角色。
