1. 建立国内一流的ART样本库
依托于本队列的实施,建立了规范化、信息化的生物样本库,新增建筑面积400m2,新增-80℃冰箱40 台,所有冰箱配备实时温度监控系统,样本存取均采用FreezerPro 信息化管理系统并已经通过中国人类遗传资源管理办公室的审批(2020 BC0010 号)。建立了包括1万个家庭的大型出生队列,从孕前追踪随访至儿童阶段,采集了包括近3000个变量的9万份问卷,规范留取了10万份生物样本,为ART 子代胎源性疾病研究奠定基础。
2. 建立了信息化的队列管理体系
本队列从生命起源的配子发生和胚胎发育阶段追踪随访至出生后幼儿阶段,完整记录了生长发育轨迹。牵头联合上海市级医院的生殖医学及相关学科,建立“生殖医学临床能力促进与提升专科联盟”,构建全上海市规模的辅助生殖子代信息数据库,建立系统化专病随访健康管理体系,出版含9个数据模块 129个子模块 822 个数据元的《辅助生殖子代临床研究专病结构化数据集》(978-7-117-34125-7),实现基于电子病历、移动医疗设备的临床科研一体化、集成化的数据采集模式。
3. 建立国际领先的生殖安全研究基地和转化医学基地
依托于本队列的实施,承担单位建成了上海市重点实验室—上海市胚胎源性疾病研究所,队列负责人入选上海市学科带头人,培养了一批生殖与发育领域的优秀人才,使我国的生殖健康研究领域跻身国际前列。
4. 聚焦国际重大课题,开展系统临床与基础研究
基于本队列,围绕配子/胚胎与子代健康、环境污染物与子代健康、母体因素(营养、炎症、精神状况)与子代健康三大问题,发表第一标注SCI论文20余篇,获得软件著作权1项、实用新型发明专利1项,取得了一批具有国际影响的原创性成果。
