(1)利用既往数据,建立北大通州回顾性队列
基于通州区妇幼保健院电子信息系统导出数据,经过为时数月的数据清理、现场调研和讨论分析,形成了覆盖2013-2020年该院妇幼保健数据资料、并可直接用于统计分析的数据库,数据库由专人管理。截止2023年6月,利用回顾性队列数据,项目组已在产前保健、孕期保健、胎儿生长发育、妊娠结局、儿童保健和妇女保健研究方向取得进展,共发表或接收23篇中文核心期刊文章及21篇SCI文章。
(2)基于国家级项目,建立北大通州出生队列
2018年,在国家自然科学基金项目和北京大学医学部“双一流”建设经费的支持下,在通州妇幼保健院建立北大通州出生队列,以探讨孕期各项因素对母婴健康的影响,为高危因素的识别和疾病预防控制提供高质量证据,从而促进母婴安全及健康。当前,队列已入组5426名孕妇,收集问卷1.4万余份、孕早期和孕中期血清等生物样本共10万余份、胎盘组织生物样本共1千余份、脐带血生物样本共1.4千余份。基于该队列,妇幼系及通州妇幼保健院合作申请课题获2019年国家自然科学基金项目资助。截至2023年6月,已在妊娠期糖尿病、孕期睡眠障碍、孕期营养和孕期抑郁研究方向已接收或发表11篇SCI文章和3篇中文文章。
