广西壮族人群出生队列


1. 本队列已纳入调查对象2万多个家庭。构建了涵盖母系、父系和子代的健康信息数据库,采集了包含血液、胎盘、口咽分泌物、尿液、粪便等生物样本共计近十万份,并构建了具有20台超低温冰箱的壮族人群生物标本库。

2. 本队列首次绘制了基于出生队列的壮族人群母婴疾病谱,创新性建立多个不良出生结局发生风险预测模型,为壮民族地区孕产期应重点防制的母婴疾病提供了重要依据;发现孕期多种环境内分泌干扰物暴露对母体健康及胎儿生长发育、出生结局的不良影响,为妇幼卫生部门精准制定相关预防控制措施提供了重要依据;筛选出多种先天性心脏病的生物标志物,促进了疾病早期发现和诊断。

3. 累计已发表学术论文70多篇,其中SCI论文20多篇,中文核心期刊40多篇,获专利1项。培养青年教师和研究生上百人,团队成员在此期间获国家自然基金19项。

4. 本队列研究成果“壮族人群出生队列研究平台的构建与应用”获2023年广西科技进步一等奖。
